How did the idea for Pick & Roll come about?

Our experience comes from over a decade of working in Germany and other European countries, across both the logistics and manufacturing sectors.

During this time, we observed a growing demand for reliable outsourcing of operational processes directly at clients' sites, as well as a strong desire among many people to find stable and fair employment opportunities in Western Europe.

These insights led us to establish Pick & Roll.

Our vision is to build a bridge between these two needs – providing companies with efficient solutions while offering workers a responsible and supportive environment.

Mutual respect is at the core of our approach – both towards our clients and the people who form our teams.

Company Formation

The company was established by two founding partners: Mr. Bělohradský, a citizen of the Czech Republic, and Mr. Tsikiridis, a citizen of the Hellenic Republic (Greece).

Both founders bring extensive expertise in operational management and financial-performance analysis, which they leverage to drive the company's strategic direction and long-term growth.
